Privacy policy
Last updated October 26, 2026. This policy explains what The Grow Revenue Company Limited ("we") collects through growrevenue.co and what we do with it. We are the data controller. Contact: kunal@growrevenue.co, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
What do we collect?
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, business email, website, the topic you choose, your message and, if you give it, your monthly email volume. We also record the date and time you sent it.
For site statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why do we use it, and on what legal basis?
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Who processes it for us?
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database.
- Telegram delivers a notification of each new enquiry to Kunal Arora.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email, where our replies to you are kept.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EU. They do so under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long do we keep it?
Form submissions are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep business records for as long as UK law requires.
What are your rights?
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing kunal@growrevenue.co. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
